About the Company: My client is one of the leading providers of Infrastructure services in the UK. They specialize in Infrastructure, Rail, Utilities Tunneling and Airport schemes for BAA. Their services include both Design and Build and their reputation is based upon innovation, strong safety record, technical expertise, professional delivery, and a culture of partnership, earned on some of the UK's highest profile projects.
About the Roles: My client has recently been awarded a £70million Highways project in Lincolnshire as part of an agreement with the Highways Agency. The project is being developed to replace the existing route and is being jointly developed between Lincolnshire County Council and Peterborough County Council. The new road will be designed to modern standards to provide a safer and more reliable journey and has a completion date of 2010.

About the requirements: Ideally previous experience on Highways projects is desirable but a good understanding and commercial awareness within the Construction/Civil Engineering industry is also considered. You will have at least 2 years Commercial Managers experience or being in a position of Senior Quantity Surveyor for at least 7 years. My client is looking for someone who can bring some stability and fresh ideas to the business along with a strong business mind and the aim of progression with their intent.
