About the company: This sub-contractor has a current turnover of over £70m per annum. Current packages range from £500k to £15m ranging from industrial and commercial to civil engineering packages. The Company started business in the 80's and have gained a strong reputation for delivery and quality with over 70% of business now repeat business. They have a very strong brand within the geographical area within which they operate and continue to expand as a result.
About the Role: The company are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with the ability to oversee numerous contracts with value ranging from £1 to £15 million. The company are currently in the final tender stages for a £12 million flagship project and this will come under the new appointments remit. The role will also involve working on present and future tenders through to successful completion and the management of an ever expanding team. Leading a team of project managers and engineers successfully is vital to the role. The successful candidates will ensure effective production in a controlled safe environment as well as constant liaison with long standing clients.
Reward & Benefits: The basic salary will be up to 50K with an attractive benfits package including bonuses. The company have a very low turnover of staff with a strong inward promotion policy in place.
About the requirements: Individuals must have a desire to succeed and be delivery focused with an extensive knowledge of industry and practises. At least 5 years civil's/Construction experience is essential along with a recognised qualification. The desire to grow within the role and the industry, as well as assist in the building of a strong team are key aspects of the position.
