They are looking for a Senior Project Design Engineer to join their successful team.Purpose of the role.Product design engineer for navigation and defence productsEducation/qualifications requiredDegree or equivalent in physics or electrical/ electronic engineering. Education less important than experience and abilityEssentials;Participate in project definition, specification and full engineering of reliable, profitable products Efficient design and implementation of projects to develop thoroughly tested and documented products Undertake full acceptance testing and validation of new designs and revisions to existing designsIn service engineering support. Some international travel necessary.Knowledge and skillsSystem and feedback control design experienceLF Analogue and digital electronics design experienceSelf motivated with ability to take ownership and see tasks through to completionAttention to detail. Accuracy.
