We currently seek 2 experienced Project Managers to act as a Development Managers. You will be required to take the lead on getting the integrated Crossrail solution through GRIP 3 and into GRIP 4 and get approval of the final option from all stakeholders. Based in London, this exciting role is paying upto £500 per day.
You will have knowledge and/or experience of the following:
• Overseeing all GRIP 3 products, particularly design compliance, cost and finalising estimates
• Writing remit for GRIP 4 work, identify GRIP 4 products to be produced
• Working with the team to secure funding, write authority papers etc
Essential Skills
•Able to interrogate construction sequence, planning, costs and make recommendations on how to resolve issues
•Good stakeholder skills
•Good understanding of project life cycle and what is needed at each stage
•Understanding of design development and approvals proces
