MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL QUANTITY SURVEYOR
We are currently looking to recruit for an experienced M & E Quantity Surveyor for the Birmingham office of this national interior fit out contractor. Working in conjunction with the Project Engineers and reporting to the branch management you will be responsible for variations, some procurement, attending site meetings and final accounts amongst other standard Quantity Surveyor duties. Projects will large in value and highly prestigious.
This role would suit a range of candidates, as the Client is willing to keep a very open mind, owing to the lack of candidates in the Quantity Surveying Market. You may be already working for a building services contractor and so already have a strong M & E bias. Alternatively you may be working for a main builder or civil contractor and be looking to diversify your experience. You may even be a newly graduated candidate looking for your first position as a fully fledges Quantity Surveyor.
