Estimator/Cost Planner/Quantity Surveyor/QS – Rail Projects/Rail Infrastructure Refurbishments/Railway Projects
My London based client is currently seeking an Estimator, Cost Planner or Quantity Surveyor to work on a variety of Railway refurbishment and renewal Projects. These projects will increase public transport capacity and reliability. You will prepare accurate estimates and cost plans throughout the development stages of the project lifecycles so that the project team can authorise and cost manage projects.
You will have proven commercial experience within an Estimator, Cost Planner or Quantity Surveying role. You will be able to deliver estimates and cost plans for a diverse portfolio of railway projects.
It is essential that you have a diverse and varied background in either railway or construction.
The role is based in London and is paying between £38,000 - £50,000 plus benefits.
