Divisional Manager – Asset Management

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Divisional Manager within the Asset Management Services department.
Working for the Rail division of this award winning consulting and business services group you will be reporting to the Divisional Director and will be responsible for leading the asset management operation in the North. This is a client facing, high profile role which will see you managing projects and taking full P&L responsibility including controlling finances and developing the team.
Relevant qualifications are essential along with excellent managerial experience. Specific experience will need to include strategic asset management, structures assessment and property inspection within the rail sector along with a good working knowledge of contract and commercial issues and the ability to manage budget P&L.
