Divisional Director

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Divisional Director within the Asset Management Services department, working for the Rail division of this award winning consulting and business services group you will head up the multimillion Asset Management Services division. The division provides a range of services including asset management consultancy, structures assessment, property inspection and maintenance. Woking alongside fellow Directors you will lead and develop the division, setting strategies, controlling finances and taking full responsibility for divisional P&L.
This is a permanent position for a high calibre individual with a proven track record of leading a similar operation within the rail industry, specifically in the strategic asset management, structures assessment and property inspection areas with a thorough understanding of contract and commercial issues. Also essential is experience of managing large projects, financial management and the motivation and inspiration of your team.
Relevant qualifications are a must along with a strong desire to succeed in a role where you will have a major impact.
