A large ‘New Home Warranty’ scheme insurer is currently looking for a talented Building Control Surveyor after several recent successes they have encountered. The position will require the candidate to work from home but you will cover the Hertfordshire and Cambridge areas.
My client is seeking to become a force to be reckoned with as they aim to become market leaders in the approved inspector field. As an established home insurance company, they have several sites nationwide and in turn are looking for an additional Building Control Surveyor who has experience in working on large scale residential projects. You will be expected to provide site inspection and technical building and construction expertise relating to the risk management of Local Authority sites registered for their New Home Warranty schemes.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Building Control Surveyor with at least 3 years experience. You will have an in-depth technical knowledge of Building Regulations and other relevant construction standards. You will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, be disciplined and have the ability to meet deadlines as and when they arise.
In return you can expect fantastic permanent salaries which are largely commensurate to experience but exceptional candidates can expect salaries to £40,000 plus an excellent benefits package. |
