This prestigious Engineering Consultancy specialises in many aspects of Fire Engineering in the UK and all over the world.
In this role you will be undertaking Fire Strategy Designs and Solutions for New-Build and Existing properties. These can range from High-Rise Residential and Commercial property types to Industrial buildings amongst others. In this role, you will also be involved with the Fire Engineering within the Transport Sector. You will be involved in many aspects of business development and will be assisting in the overall day to day running of projects. You will also be involved in pricing projects.
Person Specification
For this role you will:-
- have a good Fire Related Degree
- have a comprehensive track record working as a Fire Engineer in the Building Sector
- be self motivated and a quick thinker
- have good communication and IT literacy skills
- have an awareness of CFD modelling
- possess the ability to work on your own
- have been involved with Fire Strategies and Designs
- have Fire Engineering Experience within the Rail Sector would be advantageous however this is not essential
- have led Fire Engineering Teams
- have good leadership qualities
- Be able to run projects
- have Experience with pricing projects and project bidding
- have experience with business development
- have developed a good network within the Fire Engineering Industry and will be able to bring new business to the company
- Preferably be a Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers (MIFire)
